Refund policy

We want you to love your Serum Science products. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used products.

HOW TO RETURN
Email support@serumscience.co.in with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at no additional cost.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 9 hours of placement. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
