Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

- You received the wrong item
- The product arrived tampered or leaking
How to Claim
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at with your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue. Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your claim is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, skin reactions, or delayed delivery due to courier issues.
